Can I return my socks?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on worn items. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item prior to wearing, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us at hello@glida.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Claims for damaged packaging or goods must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us with photo evidence of the original packaging and item at hello@glida.com.au and we'll make it right.
