Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched from Brisbane within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary by destination:
• Australia: 3–5 business days
• New Zealand: 3–5 business days
• USA, Canada & UK: 7–10 business days
• Continental Europe: 7–14 business days
• Japan, Singapore & Hong Kong: 7–10 business days
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, continental Europe, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong via Australia Post, USPS, and Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order quantity.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the number of items ordered. The more you order, the better value your shipping cost becomes per pair.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my socks?
We accept returns for quality problems or faults, and provide remedies required by applicable consumer law. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except that customers in the EU, EEA and UK keep their statutory 14-day right to cancel. Email hello@glida.com.au with your order details and a description of the problem. You initially pay return postage, and we reimburse reasonable return costs once the problem is confirmed. What if my socks have a fault?
Email hello@glida.com.au with your order number or another form of proof of purchase, a description of the problem and photos if available. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are not limited to a 24-hour or 30-day claim period.

Product & Sizing

What sizes do you offer?
Our socks come in two sizes:
• M — fits EU 35–42 (approximately AU/US Women's 5–11, Men's 4–9)
• L — fits EU 41–46 (approximately AU/US Women's 10–14, Men's 8–12)
When in doubt between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What material are the socks made from?
A blend of 85% combed cotton, 12% nylon, and 3% spandex. Cotton keeps them soft, breathable, and good at absorbing sweat; nylon reinforces the toe and heel for durability; spandex adds stretch so they hug the foot and hold their shape wash after wash.

Will the socks shrink after washing?
Our socks are pre-washed and designed to retain their shape. We recommend machine washing cold and tumble drying on low to maintain their softness and fit.

How do I care for my GLIDA socks?
• Machine wash cold (gentle cycle)
• Tumble dry low
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly on print or embellishments
Proper care will extend the life of your socks significantly.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us at hello@glida.com.au as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?
Contact us immediately at hello@glida.com.au. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
